Her Harvest Global Academy

This is a sacred space for women to be quietly strengthened in the Lord whether they are navigating a winter, a wilderness or a busy season. It is for the women who are being hidden and the ones who are walking through healing. It is for the one who simply longs to hear the whisper of heaven again. It is for the mother who with a baby in her arms, already has her hands full but knows that her heart wants to grow in her faith (without adding anymore pressure to life). It is for the one who isn't sure about their faith after heartache and disappointment and has been praying for a space to take one little step at a time... no judgement just grace.

We begin our first mentorship class on Monday 22nd September 2025 at 7pm AEST. Our mentorship classes will always be held on a Monday evening at 7pm AEST - once a month, every 4 weeks from this date. Where there may be changes on the rare occasion, Marianne will communicate this to the community. All community members will receive all the official dates for the classes.

We are believers in deep transformation. The depth of our transformation depends upon how open and surrendered we are to the Holy Spirit and what He wants to do in us. When we are obedient to His will and way, this is where we will see not only transformation but also fruit. We believe in the power of consistently showing up for what God is doing and also having a teachable heart to learn and receive.

We use a platform called Thinkific. When you sign up, you will be able to access all the mentorship sessions and growing library of resources. You may notice that our mentorship community is hosted on the Thinkific platform of our sister business 'Her Harvest Global Academy'. This is simply part of how we steward resources wisely and keep our systems organised across the spheres we serve. While the backend platform belongs to our sister business, everything you see here - every mentoring class, resource and community is created specifically for the Kairos Company Mentorship. Our mission remains the same: to walk with you as you grow with God in your season. his setup allows us to focus more on delivering value to you, rather than managing multiple tech systems.

The heart behind this mentorship is for the woman who has a full plate and life in her season but wants to still grow in her faith. The space that is being created is for you to come and receive what you need each month through the mentoring classes. There is an activation question or two for those who would like to go deeper with the Lord. It is a place for gentle and quiet growth.

To answer this question simply - no you don't have to attend the live sessions. We do highly encourage women in the mentorship to attend live as much as they can because there is something different about receiving live in the session. All sessions will be recorded and available on Thinkific.

The investment of the membership is $33 AUD per month

Due to the nature of the mentorship and having immediate access to the resources and sessions, there is no refund policy

Yes, you can cancel your mentorship membership if you no longer feel called to this space. Please note that we only open the doors once or twice a year. Once you cancel, you will not be able to sign up again until the doors are opened again. We do recommend for women to commit for at least 3-6 months to see transformation and to grow in the community. It is important that you give yourself the time and space to grow in the Kairos Company.
